Just start by running daily in the morning for ten minutes at first, and then just increase the amount of time you’re doing this. This will improve your resistance. After this, you can go home and do some sit-ups, fifteen being enough for starters. But if you really want to get muscles, be tough and increase their numbers dramatically in a few days. Also, do push-ups and pull-ups. All of these will make you use your muscles and in time, you will see the results. If the push-ups tend to get easy in time, put some improvised weight on your back, like a heavy encyclopedia at first. If you can feel that all of these exercises aren’t that hard anymore, just continue doing them, just increase their number. When you’re doing squats, try to do them correctly and don’t do them fast.


Take your time. When you slow the exercising rhythm, your muscles will stay contracted for a longer time, so you will do much more effort for it, and that’s what you want in order to get nicely shaped muscles.


Even if going to the gym might be a much easier way for getting fit, it’s much more rewarding to know that you grew your own nice and big muscles all by yourself, without even using real weights. Don’t forget to keep exercising and be ambitious, because the results won’t be visible only after months of training.
